Role: Internship


Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to support day-to-day IT operations, end-user services, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT asset management.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide basic end-user support for laptops, Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
  2. Support employee IT onboarding/offboarding and access coordination.
  3. Assist with IT asset, inventory and software license management.
  4. Log, track and follow up on IT incidents and service requests.
  5. Support basic network, connectivity and security-related activities.
  6. Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and knowledge-base articles.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams and IT vendors for issue resolution.

Candidate Profile

  1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
  2. Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and IT infrastructure.
  3. Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
  4. Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
