  1. Schedule and dispatch work orders for York and subcontractor teams.
  2. Create and follow up on all Supply Request Forms (SRFs) and Return Goods Forms (RGFs) to confirm delivery ETA.
  3. Respond to customer care emails with lead time information.
  4. Close completed work orders in the system.
  5. Perform other assigned tasks as required.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Experience in coordination or customer service (HVAC preferred).
  3. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
