: Job Purpose
To execute construction activities by managing technicians and equipment for the purpose of ensuring civil
design, quality, security, and health and safety goals are achieved within project cost, time, and other
constraints.
: Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and support the planning of activities concerned with the operation and construction and
determine labor and material requirements to meet project deadlines.
2. Manage workers and monitor the functioning of loaders for the backfilling of buildings in order to match the
compaction test.
3. Coordinate and communicate the drawings with workers for wood work in order to get required approvals
and avoid discrepancies.
4. Supervise and work with technicians and on-site workers on buildings to illustrate the work on the actual
building and placing site marks.
5. Draft progress reports and variation reports to ensure an accurate information system.
6. Intervene, when needed, to monitor compliance with standards and client expectations.
7. Conduct maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition.
