Job Purpose:
To support the improvement of industrial operations and overall efficiency by analyzing workflows and contributing to process optimization while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze current work procedures and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing performance reports and efficiency metrics.
• Collaborate with quality and safety teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support cross-functional teams in resource optimization and waste reduction.
• Apply engineering tools such as Lean and Six Sigma under supervision.
• Participate in development projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
