Diagnose and resolve technical issues

4.2 Provide desktop and server support.

4.3 Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange.

4.4 Install authorized software to desktops and laptops, Fault-finding to laptops and desktops, overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet.

4.5 Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops.

4.6 Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops.

4.7 Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops.

4.8 Completing internal user moves including computer, printers etc.

4.9 Patching of network, making of Cat 6 e network cables were necessary, fixing network faults.

4.10 Ensure all logs for issues equipment, consumables and users are maintained.

4.11 Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software.

4.12 Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained.

4.13 Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements.

4.14 Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence.

4.15 Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives.

4.16 Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

4.17 Provide assistance as required to the IT Manager/IT Head.

4.18 Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters.

4.19 Ensure that a high level of IT- service and support is provided to all internal and external users.

4.20 Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable.

4.21 Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager/IT Head.

4.22 Provide assistance and support to IT teammates for quicker resolving of IT-related matters.

4.23 Perform LAN expansions and upgrades to existing network UTP Cat 6 cabling system

Planned and designed the use of secondary PoE & Non-PoE switched. Purposely, to expand additional LAN outlets for increased of end users but ensuring and maintaining LAN communication speed.

4.25 Provide plan, consultation and coordinated tasks particularly on technical issues regarding IT Projects construction, upgrades or even expansion.

4.26 Providing setup, configuration and operational services and supports to user of IP Camera equipment and user.

4.27 Extended technical advice support to other requesting department particularly on low current issues.

4.28 Assist in conducting investigation and resolving any received IT related incidents and or complaints by employees within the set timeline.

4.29 Participates and contributes in quality improvement and patient safety programs/activities, risk management programs and performance/process improvement projects.

4.30 Performs other related duties and activities as assigned by the department director/head

المتطلبات والمؤهلات

EDUCATION

· A Graduate of Baccalaureate Degree preferably in computer science , information technology or its equivalent.


B. WORK EXPERIENCE

· At least two (5) years related hands-on, intensified and vast experience.


C. TRAINING / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

· Proficient in the use of Cisco and other software.

· Proficient in oral and written English Language

· Computer (hardware and software) support services

· Highly flexible, self-motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic

· With interpersonal skills and strong moral and ethics

· Broad experience in computer and network installation, repair and maintenance

· Maximized knowledgeable level of networking administration and technical project management.
