• Support network implementation and daily technical operations.

• Assist with basic configuration and validation of Cisco routers and switches (e.g., Catalyst, Nexus).

• Support basic troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident logging for network and related systems.

• Prepare and update technical documentation, diagrams, and reports.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams during project execution and support activities.

• Gain exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure and field engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

• Basic understanding of networking and technology concepts (LAN, IP addressing, VLANs).

• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and general IT/network fundamentals.

• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred

• CCNA certified or currently preparing for CCNA.

• Hands-on lab practice, internship, or graduation project related to networking, IT, or technology systems.

• Strong interest in pursuing a technology-focused engineering career.
