Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Engineer – Architect to support architectural design coordination and site execution for construction projects. The role involves assisting senior architects in preparing drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring architectural works are executed as per approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and modification of architectural drawings and layouts
Support coordination between architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams
Ensure architectural works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Conduct site inspections to check workmanship, finishes, and material compliance
Assist in preparation of shop drawings, mock-ups, and material submittals
Support review of contractor drawings and samples
Maintain architectural documentation, revisions, and records
Assist in resolving site-related architectural issues and clarifications
Participate in site meetings and progress reviews

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and details

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit / SketchUp preferred)

Willingness to work at project sites
Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval processes
Familiarity with site execution, BOQs, and material specifications
