We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on developing a comprehensive career guidance and advisory services ecosystem. The project includes benchmarking studies, local content development, digital platform implementation, and operational rollout, aligned with international best practices and localized to the national context.

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery across all project phases, ensuring integration between advisory outputs, digital solutions, and content production, while maintaining high standards of governance, quality, and impact.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in managing strategic or advisory projects, preferably in education, career development, or digital transformation.
  3. Proven experience managing multi-stream projects (content, platform, and operations).
  4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or equivalent).
  5. Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams.
  6. Fluency in Arabic; professional proficiency in English is required.
