Assists the Chief Chemist in the operation of the Chemistry Department and performs routine tests allocated to this

department.

Conducts research, analysis, chemical and specified physical testing and experimentation on construction materials

and related substances for such purposes.

Performs day to day tests in the Chemistry Department and associated operations in an effective and efficient

manner.
