• Search suitable CVs from our database, subscribed employment sites, and social media platforms.
• Source, attract, and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct screening and initial assessments of candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and evaluations for candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and verify employment history of selected candidates.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• University degree/diploma, advanced certificate in Administration/HR, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Recruitment & Saudi labour law.
• Knowledge about activities related to HR initiatives.
• PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
