Key Responsibilities:

1. Review structural and civil design drawings for commercial mixed-use projects to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
2. Coordinate technically with other disciplines (MEP, architecture, interior design) to ensure full integration of systems within the project.
3. Prepare and monitor civil work schedules, ensuring alignment with the master project timeline.
4. Oversee on-site construction activities including foundations, columns, slabs, concrete finishing, facades, ramps, and roofs.
5. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
6. Ensure that all works comply with safety and environmental regulations, particularly in high-traffic or public-facing commercial sites.
7. Facilitate the execution of high-quality commercial finishes (e.g., leasable areas, curtain walls, industrial flooring, public zones).
8. Collaborate with property and leasing teams to ensure tenant-ready spaces.
9. Prepare technical and financial progress reports and participate in coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
10. Participate in project handover processes to owners, operators, or facility management teams.
