JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:



Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Works in the reception area of the College dealing with all enquiries, whether in person or by telephone.

2. Provides routine, factual information to the public.

3. Responds to routine questions and refer calls.

4. Prepares telephone call reports; provide records for entire telephone data collection.

5. Assists with the development of the staff directory.

6. Welcomes visitors and guests and direct appropriately.

7. Responsible for ensuring all visitors is signed into and out of the College.

8. Responsible for all College post and distribution of incoming post to staff

9. Maintain the general filing system and file of all correspondence.

10. Provide clerical support for the staff as needed.

11. Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as "the patient is the center of our care".


Other Job Functions:


1. Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.

2. Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care -Riyadh.

3. Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.

4. Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.

5. Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

: Job Requirement / Qualification


Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in front office management

Experience: At least 2years related experience

Language: Bilingual (Arabic and English)
