Presenting and selling company’s products and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors' offices, and clinics and ensure to meet the individual target and kip’s to achieve the overall department objectives

  1. Makes telephone calls and in‐person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers to cover all assigned medical centres according to their potentiality and find new business opportunities, customers, and channels.
  2. Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators.
  3. Promote and sell products to achieve assigned sales targets.
  4. Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
  5. Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
  6. Build relationships with hospital staff.
  7. Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices.
  8. Provide product demonstrations and support.
  9. Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
  10. Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products.
  11. Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
  12. Collect, analyse, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
  13. Verify the CPO & SO & SI with the business unit manager.
  14. Keep on the confidentiality of all information related to the company.
  15. Participates in trade shows and conventions.
  16. Performing other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager and the management
