Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install FTTH Services as per the standard
  2. Attend the installation on time
  3. Collection of the ONT and/or HAG sets from warehouse
  4. Undertake the entire minor civil requirement needed to fulfil the installation
  5. Check the signal level at ODB side and report any issues – that may prevent the installation or result in service degradation – via remedy/ticketing system
  6. Install Fiber cable between ODB (on the assigned port) and Customer premises
  7. Configuration for the ONT and/or HAG
  8. Connect the ONT with the customer device (PC/Laptop) via Wi-Fi or using UTP patch cord
  9. Perform the activation

المتطلبات والمؤهلات

Qualifications:

  1. Saudis Only.
  2. Fresh graduate with a Diploma in Telecom, Electronics or related field, experience is an advantage.
  3. Must obtain the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) certificate.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Arabic).
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.
  6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
