3.1 Coordinate with all the Inpatient Services concerns in all routine and necessary matters and take charge
of all basic needs related to Patient Care.
3.2 Serve as liaison between the HMG, patients and their families and perform all coordinator functions
common to the unit level as required.
3.3 Explain the HMG's policies and procedures to patients and communicates their problems, questions and
concerns to appropriate staff members.
3.4 Discuss the patients’ issues with line manager on all pending issues.
3.5 Collect patient’s suggestions, questionnaires and forwards to the concerned department for necessary
actions.
3.6 Organize and guide patients, visitors and guests for necessary matters
3.7 Attend Patient Relations program/meetings for staff to improve communicating with patient.
3.8 Perform professional patient care services, assist and take charge of all basic needs related to patient.
3.9 Maintain cleanliness in his/her assigned reception area.
3.10 Participates in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
3.11 Enriches patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
3.12 Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities
