Register Patient information completely in English and Arabic n Patient Health Record System -VIDA

in complete, accurate and timely manner.

3.2 Provide the newly registered patients with their health record numbers.

3.3 Verify patient’s medical record number either through the Patient’s card or through the computer

system.

3.4 Check appointments or ascertain needs of visitors/patients and directs them accordingly.

3.5 Ensure patient identity verification before issuing any invoices

3.6 Generate the consultation and the medical procedure invoices.

3.7 Collect and submit cash to the general cashier assigned by Finance Department and arrange and

submit invoices to Finance Department on daily basis.

3.8 Maintain cleanliness in his/her assigned reception area.

3.9 Make appointment and gives routine non-medical instructions to patients concerning their next visit in

HMG.

3.10 Attend to telephone inquiries.

3.11 Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.

3.12 Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.

3.13 Support Supervisor in administrative tasks.

3.14 Orient and guide new staff.

3.15 Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all the times.

3.16 Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and

abilities
