We focus on food and consumer product delivery services in international markets with the mission: "We help people eat better, live better". Keeta launched in Hong Kong in 2023 and has already achieved full regional coverage. We are now expanding into the Saudi market, with plans for further global expansion.

Driven by the mission of "helping everyone eat better and live better", the keeta grocery-focused retail business aims to better serve users worldwide. Therefore, the overseas operations have been formally established. Leveraging the local self-operated retail capabilities of the grocery retail business and our instant delivery services, we hope to bring richer and more convenient instant retail services to users in even more regions around the world.

Job Description:

1. Starting from frontline business scenarios, learn and master the operating models, processes, and standards of various modules such as products, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and distribution in retail businesses. Optimize regional business operations through on-site management, indicator monitoring, and data analysis, and promote the achievement of business objectives.
2. Deeply participate in retail-related projects involving products, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and delivery, and promote the improvement of business operation efficiency and quality.
3. Around core data such as business performance experience, cost, and safety, establish an index system, formulate business strategies, promote their implementation, optimize business operation processes, and improve fulfillment efficiency and standardization.
4. Participate in the formulation and optimization of the risk control system for the entire lifecycle of cooperative merchants, promote the data analysis of cooperative merchant performance fulfillment, regularly output business analysis reports, and provide data support for the risk control of cooperative merchants.

Job Requirements

1. Language proficiency: fluent in Arabic and English is a must; mandarin speaking is nice to have
2. Possesses strong logical thinking skills, has the ability to handle data processing, is good at structured problem-solving, and drives for solutions.
3. Possesses strong communication skills, is adept at coordinating and driving initiatives, result-oriented, and promotes collaboration among multiple departments.
4. Has a strong ability to learn, proactive, and self-driven.
5. Be resilient, optimistic, diligent in practice, and dare to innovate.

Graduate Qualifications:

1．A bachelor's degree or above, with Arabic proficiency is a must.

2．Work in Riyadh.

3. You are outgoing in personality, have a high openness, and are resilient; you have a strong desire to learn and curiosity about retail business.

4. Top performing graduates or the last year internship are both preferred.
