| Future Leaders Program aims to attract outstanding Saudi youth in Saudi Arabia. This endeavor comes within Huawei’s strive to follow Saudi Arabia 2030 vision. Through this program, the youth will understand and develop their leadership and technical capabilities to achieve business success and will improve their skills to support them in their career in Huawei. Based on the first stage of handpicking the best applicants, the selected will join an intensive 6 months training program in collaboration with HR, Delivery and Service, and Platform Management providing highly experienced and specialized employee-trainers to conduct the training. |
