4. Production Monitoring:

1. Monitor the progress of production to ensure adherence to timelines.
2. Communicate regularly with the production team to check the status of orders and address any issues that arise.

5. Shipment Coordination:

1. Once production is complete, coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure shipments are prepared on time.
2. Confirm shipment details and ensure proper documentation is in place for delivery.

6. Customer Updates:

1. Keep the sales team informed about the status of orders, including any delays or issues that may affect delivery.
2. Provide timely updates to the sales team so they can communicate effectively with customers.

7. Issue Resolution:

1. Identify and resolve any bottlenecks in the production or shipping process promptly.
2. Work collaboratively with both sales and production teams to find solutions.

8. Reporting:
